Universities and Philosophy Book Description: Where is the philosophy that founded the university in the university today? Philosophy, which once decided alone what would and would not be allowed through the doors of the university, is today waiting at whose doors to be let in? What is offered under the name of philosophy to philosophy lovers in the secluded corner that is forcibly allocated to it and not respected by many? How has a branch of knowledge that does not exist yet, that has not yet reached its goal, that does not even know its path for sure - a branch of knowledge whose very feasibility is still a matter of debate, and therefore feels the need to turn back and question its existence every time it encounters an obstacle - has hardened and frozen there today? But what has replaced philosophy today, which is at the basis of all sciences and therefore must be achieved in the first place, and is something more than science and knowledge? These questions are not the questions of today's world, where everything is upside down and displaced. These are not questions that make you remember the past with regret. The 19th century seems to be one of the most glorious ages of philosophy. In Germany, although these questions were not set out directly, they were questions that needed to be asked along the way, and even then it aimed to examine the relationship of philosophy with universities and the relationship of universities with the state. In one of his sharpest polemic articles against the philosophies of Schopenhauer, Fichte, Schelling and Hegel, he searches for answers to these questions that cannot even find his addressee today and therefore cannot go beyond naivety. And, as in the other books of the series, it does this in a striking, striking and even provocative language, without drowning the issue in verbiage, as simply and directly as possible, and on the other hand, without remaining in abstract form, by giving plenty of examples.
