Orders over $50 ship free worldwide. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $9.99.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. US and Canadian orders typically arrive in 7-10 days. European deliveries may take 10-14 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Our largest markets include the United States, Canada, Germany, the UK, France, and the Netherlands.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status from your account page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for undamaged books in their original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos of the damaged item and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Book Requests
I can't find a book. Can you get it for me?
Absolutely! Use our Book Request Form to submit your request. We source books directly from Turkish publishers and will do our best to find what you need.
How long does a book request take?
Depending on availability, special orders typically take 2-4 weeks. We will notify you once the book is in stock and ready to ship.
Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and receive exclusive offers.
